摘要
目的针对高湿热高光照地带的金属材料腐蚀严重问题,研究高强度低合金钢在模拟海洋大气环境下的光照对腐蚀的影响规律。方法采用电化学及光电化学方法分析腐蚀产物的光电效应。结果光照降低了高强度低合金钢阻抗,加速了高强度低合金钢大气腐蚀速率。结论高强度低合金钢在光照下的腐蚀产物具有半导体性质,其光生电子和光生空穴参与了高强度低合金钢基体的电化学反应过程。
Objective To investigate effects of illumination on the Na Cl-induced atmospheric corrosion of high intensity low-alloy steel in simulated marine atmosphere environment based on serious corrosion of metal materials in warm area of high humid and high radiation. Methods Photoelectric effect of corrosion products was analyzed by electrochemical and photo-electrochemical methods. Results Illumination decreased the impedance of high intensity low-alloy steel and accelerated its atmospheric corrosion. Conclusion Corrosion products of high intensity low-alloy steel exposed in illumination had semiconductor properties. Their light-generated electron and light-generated holes are involved in the electrochemical reaction of high intensity low-alloy steel substrate.
