摘要

目的比较透明帽辅助内镜下食管异物取出术与传统内镜下异物取出术的效果。方法根据治疗方法的不同将160例食管异物嵌顿患者分为两组。对照组(78例)行传统内镜下异物取出术,观察组(82例)行透明帽辅助内镜下食管异物取出术。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组内镜下操作时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的视野清晰度及患者对检查的耐受性显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与传统内镜下异物取出术相比,透明帽辅助内镜下食管异物取出术的视野更加清晰,患者的耐受度更高,且操作时间更短。
        Objective To compare the effects of transparent cap-assisted endoscopic foreign body removal and traditionalendoscopic foreign body removal. Methods According to the different treatment methods, 160 patients with esophagealforeign body incarceration were divided into two groups, the control group(78 cases) underwent traditional endoscopicforeign body removal, while the observation group(82 cases) underwent transparent cap-assisted endoscopic foreign bodyremoval. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time under endoscopy in theobservation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P <0.05). The visual field clarity and patienttolerance of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Comparedwith traditional endoscopic foreign body removal, transparent cap-assisted endoscopic esophageal foreign body removal hasclearer vision, higher tolerance and shorter operation time.
