摘要
以多巴胺包覆的Fe3O4为基质,制备了四种不同的金属鳌合磁性吸附剂,并用透射电镜对其进行了表征。采用静态吸附法研究了此吸附剂对牛血清白蛋白(BSA)和溶菌酶(Lys)的吸附容量随吸附时间和缓冲液p H值的变化规律,最后测定了静态等温吸附线。结果显示,吸附剂对BSA和Lys的最佳吸附p H值分别为8. 0和9. 0,最佳吸附时间为8 h;鳌合Zr4+的吸附剂对BSA和Lys的吸附容量最大,分别为212. 8和188. 3μg/m L。
        Four metal chelating adsorbents were prepared based on poly-dopamine coated Fe3 O4 and characterized by transmission electron microscopy. The adsorbent characters of BSA and Lys on the metal chelating adsorbents were investigated by changing the adsorption time and adsorption pH via static adsorption method. The results indicated that the optimum adsorption pH was 8. 0 and 9. 0 for BSA and Lys relatively,and the optimum adsorption time was 8 h. Under the optimum conditions,Zr4+-chelating adsorbents exhibited the highest adsorption capacity for BSA and Lys of 212. 8 and188. 3 μg/m L,respectively.
