摘要
中石化某公司涤纶短纤当前使用2条150 t/d生产线生产多个品种,转产较为频繁,加上设备缺陷,导致装置波动,产品品质均匀性、稳定性下降。有光产品转产过程由于中间产品比例较高带来部分效益流失,半光产品品质不稳造成销售区域分散、物流成本高昂。结合该公司涤纶短纤装置特点,优化有光产品生产,2条线稳定生产1.56半光、1.33半光产品等主要品种,消除设备缺陷,提升产品品质均匀性、稳定性,可实现销售区域近距离收拢,降低物流成本,并可适时推价,提升经济效益。
Currently,two 150-t/d production lines are used in a company of Sinopec to produce a variety of polyester staple fiber,which is frequently converted.In addition,equipment defects lead to device fluctuations,product quality uniformity and stability decline.Due to the high proportion of intermediate products in the production process of light products,some benefits are lost,and the unstable quality of semi-light products results in scattered sales regions and high logistics costs-Combined with the characteristics of the company's polyester staple fiber device,optimize the production of light products,two lines of stable production 1.56 semi light,1.33 semi light products and other major varieties,eliminate equipment defects,improve product quality uniformity,stability,can achieve close collection of the sales area,reduce logistics costs,and can timely push the price,improve economic benefits.
