摘要
为探究因充填料浆在采场流动沉降产生的采场充填体强度与室内试验值的差异,在相似模拟试验理论的基础上,构建了全尾砂胶结充填相似采场试验装置,并进行了全尾砂胶结充填模拟试验。通过对相似采场充填体钻孔取样、强度测试,将不同分层不同位置的强度结果与室内配比试验强度进行对比分析。试验结果表明:充填采场内,不同水平的全尾砂充填体强度都随充填料浆的流动方向出现明显的先减小后增大再减小的特征;充填体28 d强度相较于室内试验值强度衰减率为28%,强度增强率为63%;以下料口为起点,强度衰减区域位于采场长度的7%~28%,强度增强区域主要位于采场长度的42%~84%;除最顶分层外,其他分层充填体平均强度均高于室内配比试验强度,高出19. 7%。
        In order to explore the difference between the in-situ and indoor strength of the filling body resulting from the flow and settlement of filling materials in the stope,the devices for stope filling with unclassified tailings were constructed on the basis of similar simulation theory,and simulation test of stop filling with unclassified tailings was carried out. After drilling sampling and strength measurements of the filling body of the similar stope,the paper compared and analyzed the strength from different layers and locations and the strength from indoor ratio test. The experimental results show that the strength of the unclassified tailings filling at different levels decreases with the flow direction of the filling slurry at first,then increases and again decreases. The attenuation rate of the filling body in 28 d compared with indoor test results is 28 %,and the strength enhancement rate was 63 %. With the feeding end as the starting point,the intensity attenuation region is in the first 7 %-28 % of the stope length and the intensity enhancement region is in the 42 %-84 % of the stope length. Except for the top layer,the average strength of the other filling bodies is higher than the indoor ratio strength by 19. 7 %.
