摘要
绥中36-1油田地层疏松、造斜困难,常规螺杆钻具弯点距较大,钻头偏移量大,钻具组合通过套管和窗口较困难,难以完成高造斜率套管开窗侧钻作业。通过低弯点距设计、本体扶正器采用三瓣不等宽扶正带设计且低边瓣采用加宽处理,以及中低转速、高输出扭矩、等壁厚定子设计,研制了高造斜率螺杆钻具,基于电磁波的近钻头测斜信号跨传原理研制了近钻头测斜工具。所研制的高造斜率螺杆钻具和近钻头测斜工具在JJSY-4试验井取得良好测试效果,并在绥中36-1油田调整井AXX井取得成功应用,可对解决老油田低效井的开发难题提供参考。
        In the SZ36-1 oilfield,the loose formations are difficult to operate sidetrack drilling of high buildup rate if there are only a regular PDM drill with a large bent point distance and a drill bit with a large offset integrated in a bottom hole assembly therefore tough to pass through casings and windows.A high build-up PDM has been manufactured by combining the low bent point distance design,design for three unequal-width petals and broadening for the narrowest petal for the centralizing band in the centralizer,and design of stators with middle-low RPM,high output torque,and equal wall thickness;further,a nearbit borehole surveying instrument has been made out on the basis of the principle of cross-propogation of near-bit surveying signal in the form of magnetic waves.The high build-up PDM and near-bit borehole surveying instrument has achieved good survey results in the trial well JJSY-4 and applied successfully in the adjustment well AXX in the SZ36-1 oilfield,which then can provide reference for the bottlenecks in the development of low efficiency wells in old oilfields.
