摘要

通过对山西各地建设条件及水系统现状问题进行分析,探索适合于山西省中小城市的海绵城市建设方式,并从海绵化改造、加大宣传力度、通则式规则管理等方面,提出相关建议,以逐步改善城市水环境质量。
        The paper analyzes the construction conditions and water systems in Shanxi Province,explores the sponge city construction means fit for the small and middle cities in Shanxi,and points out related suggestions from the sponge reconstruction,promotion of publicity,and general planning management,so as to enhance the water environment quality of cities.
