基于城市触媒效应的传统商业街区微更新策略

摘要
我国传统商业街区作为历史文化街区的一种,反映了当地的经济、文化、社会剪影,是城市意象的重要组成部分。20世纪90年代以来,为缓解城市病对街区的损坏,诸多历史文化名城进行了传统商业街区的更新保护,但早期粗放式的更新建设带来了街区的商业空间格局地位下降、物质形态庸俗化、同质化及城市商业文脉中断等问题。针对这些遗留问题,文章尝试以微更新作为传统商业街区的精细化更新手段,以城市触媒元素为更新落实的切入点,以温和低冲击的方式从物质形态、非物质形态及公共政策导向由表及里地探索传统商业街区的现代化更新保护。
As a kind of historical and cultural districts, Chinese traditional commercial district reflects the local economic, cultural and social silhouette. It is an important part of the urban image. Since the 1990 s, in order to alleviate the damage of urban diseases to the district, many historical and cultural cities have carried out updated protection of traditional commercial districts. However,due to the early extensive renovation, the status of the commercial space pattern in the district has declined, the homogenization of the material form has been homogenized, and the urban business context has been interrupted. In response to these remaining problems, this paper attempts to use micro-renewal as a means of refinement of traditional commercial districts, with urban catalyst elements as the entry point for new implementation, and from a mild and low-impact way to form, non-material form and public policy to explore the modern renewal and protection of traditional commercial districts in the area.
