摘要
目前许多大城市正大力推进地铁建设项目,地铁施工将不可避免地下穿城市老旧建筑群。大多数老旧房屋结构现状较差,房屋设计资料收集困难,居住人员密集且关系复杂,甚至有部分房屋所有人持有希望得以拆迁或赔偿的诉求。如何保障地铁施工时上部房屋的安全、减少纠纷和不必要的经济赔偿、避免延误工期等,往往成为需要首先解决的问题。以成都某在建地铁穿越老旧房屋建筑群为背景,通过进行施工前的房屋鉴定,穿越施工前场地振动测试试验,施工过程建筑群沉降模拟分析等方面工作,并分析总结经验以供类似工程参考。
At present, many big cities are vigorously promoting metro construction projects, metro construction will inevitably go through the urban old buildings. Most of the old buildings have poor structural status, it is difficult to collect design data, it exists intensive residential and complex relationship, and even some owners have the desire to be removed or compensated. How to ensure the safety of the superstructure, reduce disputes and unnecessary economic compensation, and avoid delays in the construction of metro often become the first problem to be solved. Based on the background of a metro construction projects in Chengdu crossing old buildings, the experience of similar projects was analyzed and summarized for reference through building appraisal and site vibration test before construction, settlement simulation analysis during construction.
