摘要
随着光伏渗透率的不断增加,光伏发电的波动性已经成为影响电能质量和电网稳定性的一个重要因素,为此提出了将一种改进连续集模型预测控制策略应用于含储能的分布式光伏发电系统,利用模型预测控制能够对系统阻抗模型进行预测,并增加了在线修正过程,仅使用储能变流器采集的本地数据,即可实现对光伏功率波动的抑制,并保证系统并网点电压的稳定,该方法不再需要监控系统,避免了通信延迟,提高了控制的实时性,同时有助于实现储能在分布式光伏发电系统中的即插即用。实验结果证明了该方法的有效性。
        Random fluctuation in photovoltaic(PV) power plants becomes a serious problem affecting power quality and stability of power grid along with increasing penetration of PVs. This paper proposes a PV fluctuation damping control strategy for microgrid integrated with PV and energy storage system(ESS), based on an improved continuous control set model predictive control(CCS-MPC). The strategy has potential to predict impedance of the system using MPC. Furthermore, the proposal can keep improving accuracy of the impedance prediction online. In this method, the energy storage systems can be controlled to smooth PV power and regulate the PCC voltage of photovoltaic/storage system only with local data of ESS converter. In this way, monitoring system is not needed and communication delay is avoided. This method contributes to achieving the ‘plug and play' performance of the ESS in PV systems. Experimental results are presented to verify effectiveness of the method.
