摘要
摩根减定径机组具有结构紧凑、产品质量高、生产率高等特点,在国内高速线材生产线上具有广泛的应用。通过调节9个离合器,该机组可以组合出不同工艺要求的速比。其离合器换挡齿轮使用带预紧力的圆锥滚子轴承,在工况条件下,轴承不断磨损,导致脱挡,严重影响了机组的可靠性。介绍了国内某高速线材生产线摩根减定径机组换挡齿轮轴承组件的国产化方案,为同类设备的相关改进提供了一定的参考。
Morgan RSM has been pervasive applicated on high speed wire rod production for its compact-sized,high quality products,high productivity,and so on. The speed ratio with different manufacturing technique requirements can be combined by adjusting 9 clutches. The gears used in which,worked with tapered roller bearings with pre-tightening force. The reliability of the equipment would be seriously reduced by off-gear caused by the abrasion of bearings under the working condition. A localization improvement on rolling bearing units of RSM on high speed wire rod production is described,which would be available for similar project.
