采用乙二醇醇解法对不同聚酯瓶片、聚酯纤维和聚酯面料进行降解,得到主产物对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(BHET)。并对降解产物进行红外光谱、核磁共振谱、元素分析等表征,以确定产物结构及纯度,计算产率,分析聚酯瓶片、聚酯纤维和聚酯面料的回收利用价值,进一步探究聚酯纺织品的可回收利用性。实验数据显示,相同质量的聚酯经醇解反应,反应时间:聚酯面料<聚酯纤维<聚酯瓶片,聚酯瓶片和聚酯纤维醇解产物的产率高于聚酯面料,聚酯瓶片醇解产物的产率最高达到63.50%。
Polyester bottle flakes,polyester fiber,polyester fabrics were degraded by ethylene glycol to get the main degradation products(BHET).The structure and purity of degradation products was analyzed and characterized by FT-IR,~1 H-NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis.The productivities of BHET were calculated to analyze the recycling value of polyester bottle flakes,polyester fiber and polyester fabrics and the recycling feasibility of polyester textile.The experimental data showed the reaction time like this:polyester fabrics
