摘要
目的探求深度电烧伤采用早期封闭负压引(VSD)联合组织瓣序贯治疗的效果。方法研究对象为本院2015年4月至2017年8月收治的62例深度电烧伤患者,按抽签法分为两组。试验组31例采用早期VSD联合组织瓣序贯治疗,对照组31例采用早期VSD治疗,随访6个月,比较两组治疗相关指标、皮瓣成活效果及感染率。结果较对照组相比,试验组肉芽生长时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间短,皮瓣成活总优良率高,感染率低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论深度电烧伤采用早期VSD联合组织瓣序贯治疗可提升皮瓣成活率,缩短创面愈合时间,降低感染发生率。
        Objective To explore the effect of sequential treatment of deep electric burn with early closed negative pressure drainage(VSD) combined with tissue valve. Methods A total of 62 patients with deep electric burn were treated in our hospital from April 2015 to August 2017. They were divided into two groups by drawing lots. 31 cases in the experimental group were treated with early VSD combined with tissue flaps sequentially, and 31 cases in the control group were treated with early VSD. The patients were followed up for 6 months. The treatment-related indicators, the survival effect of the flaps and the infection rate were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group had shorter granulation growth time, wound healing time and hospitalization time, higher overall survival rate of skin flaps and lower infection rate(P < 0.05). Conclusion Early sequential treatment of VSD combined with tissue flaps for deep electric burn can improve the survival rate of skin flaps, shorten the healing time of wounds and reduce the incidence of infection.
