基于叶序理论的圆柱度误差检测技术研究

摘要
提出了一种基于叶序理论圆柱测量的布点新方法,基于MATLAB对加工圆柱面进行仿真建模,并应用叶序理论对其进行叶序布点,在仿真模型上提取到叶序布点直角坐标;基于最小二乘法构建了求解空间五自由度圆柱度参数的算法,利用MATLAB开发出基于直角坐标的圆柱度评价系统,利用提取到的检测点坐标对加工圆柱面误差进行评价。评价系统的分析结果证明了叶序布点在圆柱度评价中的有效性。
        A new method that the phyllotaxis theory is applied in NC machining cylinder detection point layout is proposed. We use M ATLAB to simulate model of the detected cylinder,lay detection points on the established simulation model of NC machining cylinder on the basis of the phyllotaxis theory of cylinder,and extract coordinate values of all the detection points w ith M ATLAB,then an algorithm to solve the parameters of five freedom mathematic model of cylinder w ith the least square method is described. The cylindricity evaluation system is developed based on the rectangular coordinates w ith M ATLAB. Bring coordinate values of all the detection points into the cylindricity evaluation system. Through the analysis of the data results of phyllotaxis distribution method,proved the validity of the phyllotaxis distribution method in the detection of processing cylinder.
