摘要
为了使汽包水位测量系统符合《火力发电厂锅炉汽包水位测量系统技术规定》的要求,提高汽包水位测量的可靠性,利用多测孔测量技术并采用内置平衡容器方法对汽包水位测量系统进行改造。改造结果表明,采用内置平衡容器测量技术后,汽包水位的测量值稳定、精度高,提高了机组的安全性和可靠性。
In order to make the measuring system of the drum water level conform to the requirements of The Technical Regulations for the Measuring System of the Drum Water Level of the Boiler in the Thermal Power Plant and enhance the reliability of the measurement,this paper introduces the renovation of the system by means of the multimeasuring hole measuring technique and the built-in balancing vessel,which has realized stable and accurate measured values of the drum water level and improved the security and reliability of the unit.
