复方苦参注射液联合平消片对乳腺癌患者血清相关因子及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘要
目的 :观察复方苦参注射液联合平消片对乳腺癌患者血清相关因子及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法 :选取2015年1月-2017年1月在本院就诊的乳腺癌患者96例,按就诊顺序数字单双标号分为对照组和治疗组,各48例。对照组给予环磷酰胺、阿霉素、5-氟尿嘧啶(CAF)化疗方案,治疗组在对照组基础上加用复方苦参注射液(20 m L,qd)联合平消片(23 g×4,qd)治疗。检测患者治疗前后肿瘤标志物、白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-10及CD4+、CD8+T水平。结果 :观察组治疗后血清糖蛋白抗原(CA)153、CEA、CA125阳性率较治疗前降低、且观察组低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组CD4+T浓度及CD4+/CD8+较治疗前增高,CD8+T浓度较治疗前降低,且观察组CD4+T浓度及CD4+/CD8+高于对照组,CD8+T浓度低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组IL-2水平高于对照组(P<0.05),IL-10水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合平消片可有效降低血清肿瘤标志物的水平,改善乳腺癌患者血清T淋巴细胞水平。
Objective:To observe the effect of compound kushen injection combined with pingxiao tablets on serum factor and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with breast cancer. Methods:96 cases of breast cancer patients were selected in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017, the patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to odd even number, 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with CAF chemotherapy regimens, the observation group was treated with compound kushen injection(20 m L, qd) combined with pingxiao pill(23 g×4, qd) on the basis of the control group. The levels of tumor markers, interleukin(IL)-2,IL-10, CD4+ and CD8+T before and after treatment were detected. Results:The positive rates of serum CA153, CEA and CA125 in the observation group were lower than those before treatment, and CA153, CEA and CA125 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the concentration of CD4+T cells and CD4+/CD8+ of two groups was increased while the concentration of CD8+ T cells was reduced(P<0.05). The concentrations of CD4+T and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the concentration of CD8+ T was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Serum IL-2 level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05) while the IL-10 was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compound kushen injection combined with xiaoping tablets can effectively reduce the level of serum tumor markers and improve the level of serum T lymphocyte in patients with breast cancer.
