摘要
对巨尾桉木材分别进行超声波、汽蒸预处理,分析预处理前后桉木干燥速率的变化。结果表明,超声波和汽蒸预处理均可加快桉木的干燥速率,且随超声波频率的增加和汽蒸处理温度的升高而明显提高;两种预处理方式中,汽蒸预处理对桉木干燥速率和干燥质量的改善效果更明显。
        Eucalyptus wood samples were treated by ultrasonic and steaming, respectively. The drying rate of the wood samples, before and after pretreatment, were compared and analyzed. The results showed that both ultrasonic and steam pretreatment could be used to speed up drying rate, which were significantly improved by increasing the ultrasonic frequency and/or raising the steaming temperature. Effect of steaming pretreatment on the drying rate and drying quality for the Eucalyptus wood samples was better than that of ultrasonic pretreatment.
