干熄焦生产常见问题浅析

摘要
酒钢1#、2#焦炉年处理红焦能力为90万t,配套干熄焦炉装置110 t/h一套,配套建设余热锅炉系统1套和15 MW汽轮发电机组1套,于2015年1月正式投产后,在运行过程中出现了一些制约正常生产的因素,给干熄焦的生产造成了较大的影响;通过对生产过程中操作方法的改进,及一些数据的调整,来弥补出现的问题,实现干熄焦系统连续、稳定的运行。
Jiuquan iron and steel group 1# 、2# coke oven red coke annual processing capacity of 900 thousand tons,supporting the dry coke quenching device 110 t/h set,1 sets of supporting the construction of waste heat boiler system and 1 sets of 15 MW turbine generator unit,on January 2015 formally put into operation after the operation,in the process there have been some restricted normal production factors,caused a greater impact for the CDQ production; based on the improved method of operation in the production process,and adjust some of the data,to make up for the problems,to achieve continuous and stable operation of CDQ system.
