摘要
为了研究不同管理模式对番茄土壤微生物群落结构及功能的影响,通过田间试验分析了施用枯草芽孢杆菌和地特灵条件下与常规施肥下土壤微生物群落结构及功能多样性的变化。采用宏基因组测序后,将所得基因片段在NR数据库、KEGG数据库中进行比对,发现3个处理的优势菌为变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)、芽单胞菌门(Gemmatimonadetes)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、绿弯菌门(Chloroflexi)、蓝细菌门(Cyanobacteria)、毛霉菌门(Mucoromycota)、浮霉菌门(Planctomycetes)、硝化螺旋菌门(Nitrospirae)。经LEfSe分析,发现施用枯草芽孢杆菌或地特灵与常规施肥的土壤微生物差异明显,前两者可以显著提高芽单胞菌、绿弯菌、变形菌等有益微生物数量。施用枯草芽孢杆菌后或地特灵的土壤中代谢类基因占比高于常规施肥处理,与人类疾病、环境信息处理、生物体系统、细胞过程,以及遗传信息处理相关的各类基因占比也均有提高。结果表明,本试验条件下2个施肥处理均有利于维持土壤微生物群落及其功能多样性。
