摘要
以中国石化某分公司在役125 000 m3外浮顶常压储罐为研究对象,建立声发射检测系统,采集声发射信号,研究声发射信号波形和其特征参数,采用聚类分析方法研究储罐底板的腐蚀严重度,最后用漏磁检测结果对比储罐在役声发射检测结果以评估该技术可靠性。结果表明:在役常压储罐声发射检测是一种经济效益好、可靠性高、节约时间成本的理想储罐检测方法。
The acoustic emission( AE) detection system was established to test a 125 000 m~3 external floating roof tank at a branch of SINOPEC Corp.After the acoustic emission signals were collected,waveform and parameters analysis were carried out to get the key features.Then cluster analysis was used to study the corrosion situation of the tank floor.Last,the magnetic flux leakage inspection results were adopted to evaluate the reliability of AE technology on tank testing.The results show that the acoustic emission detection technology is an ideal method for in-service atmospheric storage tank for its good economic efficiency,high reliability and low time cost.
