摘要
为了提高黄土坡铜锌矿采矿经济效益,利用当地廉价的粉煤灰和矿渣固废资源,然后开展尾砂骨料低成本绿色充填胶凝材料试验研究,开展胶砂比1∶4和料浆浓度74%的粉煤灰-矿渣基固结粉胶凝材料配比的胶结充填体强度试验。在此基础上,分别针对粉煤灰掺量为40%和45%,开展2种固结粉胶凝材料配方优化试验,由此获得A种固结粉优化配方为粉煤灰40%、水泥熟料12%、脱硫石膏10%和矿渣微粉38%,材料成本为132元/t;B种固结粉优化配方为粉煤灰45%、为水泥熟料10%、脱硫石膏12%和矿渣微粉33%,材料成本为122元/t;2种固结粉胶凝材料胶结充填体强度均满足黄土坡铜锌矿胶结充填体强度要求,其固结粉胶凝材料成本比普通硅酸水泥材料降低了67.8%~70.2%。黄土坡矿应用实践证明,该胶凝材料具有显著经济效益和环保效益。
        In order to improve the economic benefit of copper and zinc mine in Huangtupo,experimental study on green filling cementing material of tailings aggregate with low cost was carried out by using the local cheap fly ash and slag solid waste resources.And the strength test of cementing material of fly ash-slag based consolidated powder was conducted with cementsand ratio of 1∶4 and slurry concentration of 74%.On this basis,two experiments were carried out to optimize the formulation of cementing powder with fly ash content of 40% and 45% respectively.The optimized formula of type A consolidation powder was obtained as follows:fly ash of 40%,cement clinker of 12%,desulphurization gypsum of 10% and slag powder of 38%,and the material cost was 132 yuan/t.The optimized formula of type B consolidation powder contained45% of fly ash,10%of cement clinker,12%of desulphurized gypsum and 33%of slag powder,and the material cost was 122 yuan/t.The strength of cementing backfill of two kinds of cementing materials with consolidation powder both met the strength requirement of cementing backfill in Huangtupo copper and zinc mine.The cost of cementing powder was 67.8%~70.2%lower than that of ordinary silicate cement.The application in Huangtupo mine showed that this cementing material had significant economic and environmental benefits.
