摘要
为了验证AUT(自动超声检测)对基于非内自动焊机的管道自动焊环焊缝的检测适用性,通过仿真优化了AUT检测工艺方案,设计加工了对比试块和工艺焊缝。通过优化的AUT检测方案对工艺焊缝进行检测,同时辅以数字射线检测(DR)进行补充检测。结果表明:优化的AUT检测方案实现了对非内自动焊机的管道自动焊的检测,可以检出不同类型的缺陷。
        In order to verify the applicability of AUT to the inspection of pipeline automatic girth weld based on non-internal automatic welding machine,the AUT inspection process scheme was optimized by simulation,and the processing contrast test block and process weld were designed.The optimized AUT detection scheme is used to detect the process welds,and the supplementary detection is carried out by digital radiography(DR).The test results show that by optimizing the AUT testing process,the pipeline automatic welding by non-internal automatic welding machine can be detected,and different types of defects can be detected.
