导管溶栓术与手术取栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床对比

摘要
目的对比导管溶栓术与手术取栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果。方法纳入60例在该院进行溶栓治疗的下肢深静脉血栓形成患者,病例资料研究发范围自2016年7月—2017年10月,按照所有研究的住院单双号不同将其分成研究组与对照组。对照组30例患者采取导管溶栓术治疗,研究组30例患者采取手术取栓术治疗,对比两种治疗方式的疗效。结果两组的近期疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组远期疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术取栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的远期疗效佳,但手术创伤大,因此应合理选择手术方案。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of catheter thrombolysis and surgical thrombectomy for deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods Sixty patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity who underwent thrombolytic therapy in our hospital were enrolled. The data of the case data were distributed from July 2016 to October2017. According to the study, the hospitalized single and double numbers were divided into study groups and Control group. Thirty patients in the control group were treated with catheter thrombolysis, and 30 patients in the study group were treated with surgical thrombectomy. The efficacy of the two treatment methods was compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05), but the long-term efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The long-term curative effect of surgical thrombectomy for deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity is good, but the operation is traumatic. Therefore, the surgical plan should be selected reasonably.
