摘要
针对平顶山天宏选煤厂煤泥水泥化程度高、难处理的问题,采用新型AL系列絮凝剂强化煤泥水沉降效果。首先对煤泥进行筛分试验、X射线衍射和红外光谱分析,并对AL系列絮凝剂进行红外光谱分析。在此基础上对煤泥水进行单一絮凝剂沉降试验和絮凝剂+凝聚剂协同沉降试验,并探讨了絮凝剂、凝聚剂对煤泥水沉降特性的影响机制。
According to the problem of high level and difficult treatment of coal slurry in Tianhong coal preparation plant of Pingdingshan,a new AL series flocculant is adopted to enhance the sedimentation effect of coal slurry. First of all,sieving test,X ray diffraction and infrared spectrum analysis were carried out,and AL series flocculants were analyzed by IR. On this basis,the single flocculant settlement test and flocculant with coagulant synergistic settlement test are carried out on the coal mud water,and the influence mechanism of flocculant and coagulant on the sedimentation characteristics of coal mud water is also discussed.
