摘要
利用有限元软件ANSYS,对XGC28000型履带起重机的履带架建立了研究模型,根据履带起重机结构实验方法及履带架的受力特点,选取2个危险工况对模型施加约束和荷载,通过计算获得相应的应力云图,并对两种工况下产生的应力分布情况的原因进行分析,同时对模型进行强度校核,为履带架结构的强度设计和轻量化提供理论依据,具有工程实际意义.
A research model of track frame of XGC28000 type crawler crane was established with the finite element software ANSYS. According to the experimental method for the crawler crane structure and loading characteristics of the track frame,two dangerous operating conditions were selected and applied the corresponding constraints and load on the model. The corresponding stress contour was obtained by the solution function of ANSYS,and the causes of stress distribution under two conditions were discussed. The strength of the structure were checked according to the strength theory,it will provide a theoretical basis for the strength design of the track frame and lightweight design on the structure,this method presented in this paper was of certain engineering significance.
