多元化延续护理在老年骨折患者居家康复中的应用

摘要
目的研究多元化延续护理对基层医院老年骨折患者生活质量影响。方法选取我院2016年9月-2018年12月骨科93例老年骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组47例出院前给予常规出院指导,定期电话随访。观察组46例给予多元化延续护理,出院3个月后评价患者生活质量、依从性、自理能力和髋关节恢复情况。结果出院3个月后,观察组日常生活活动能力(activities of daily living,ADL)评分明显低于对照组(t=-26.001,P<0.001),治疗康复依从性及髋关节功能均好于对照组(Z=-4.410,P<0.001;Z=-3.132,P=0.002)。结论多元化延续护理可提高老年骨折患者居家康复治疗的依从性,促进其生活自理能力提高和髋关节功能恢复,对生活质量的提高有显著的作用。
Objective To explore the effect of diversified continuing nursing care on the life quality of elderly fracture patients in primary hospitals.Methods A total of 93 senile fracture patients undergoing the hip bone fracture line dynamic hip screw fixation between September 2016 and December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n =47)and an observation group(n =46).The control group was given conventional discharge guidance and telephone follow-up on a regular basis,while the observation group was provided with diversified continuous nursing.Three months later,the quality of life,compliance,activities of daily living(ADL)and hip joint recovery of both groups were evaluated and compared.Results Three months after the discharge,the ADL score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=-26.001,P<0.001),while the compliance and hip joint recovery of the former were significantly better than the latter(Z =-4.410,P <0.001;Z =-3.132,P =0.002).Conclusion Diversified continuous nursing can improve the compliance,life self-care ability and the hip joint function recovery of elderly patients with fracture,which has a remarkable effect on the improvement of their life quality.
