<正>肾小球是肾脏最重要的功能单位部分,它是由毛细血管内皮细胞、基底膜、脏层上皮细胞(足细胞)、系膜细胞及基质组成。其中前三者构成肾小球滤过膜,肾小球过滤的物质必须通过这3个结构才能从毛细血管腔进入Bowman’s囊。足细胞本身由胞体和足突组成,足突是胞体上大的突出部分,长长的足突黏附在肾小球基底膜上。足突有3个表面,分别是顶端、侧面和基底[1]。每个表面都有独特的功能和结构,当足细胞受损时,足细
