初诊时伴嗜酸粒细胞增多的成人外周T细胞淋巴瘤13例临床特征与转归研究

<正>外周T细胞淋巴瘤(PTCL)是源于成熟(胸腺后) T淋巴细胞的一组异质性淋巴系统恶性肿瘤,发病率低,且有明显地域差异,在全球非霍奇金淋巴瘤中约占15%,而在我国非霍奇金淋巴瘤占比高达23.3%[1]。嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)与抗肿瘤免疫有关,但最近研究发现,EOS也能促进肿瘤发生[2]。我们对近5年收治的13例初诊时伴EOS增多的成人PTCL患者的临床特征、治疗与转归回顾分析。
