摘要
本研究选用13种覆土材料配比和5种覆土厚度,在北方林地进行大球盖菇栽培覆土试验,以探讨不同覆土材料及厚度对大球盖菇出菇及产量的影响。结果表明,50%林地土加50%草炭土混合后覆土,覆土厚度3 cm,菌丝生长快,出菇早,产量高,质量好。本研究结果可为我国北方林地大球盖菇栽培提高产量,规范高产高效栽培技术提供理论依据和技术支撑。
In this study, 13 kinds of soil-covering materials and 5 kinds of covering thickness were selected to explore those effects on yield of Stropharia rugosoannulata in northern China. The results showed that when covered with 50% forest soil mixed with 50% charcoal soil at the thickness of 3 cm, the mycelium grew fast and the fruiting body could be harvested early with high yield and good quality. The results of this study provided theoretical basis and technical support for the high-yield and high-efficiency cultivation of Stropharia rugosoannulata in the north of China.
