摘要
目的:探讨十九畏中丁香-郁金同方配伍的临证应用和配伍特点,以及古今同方配伍差异。方法:整理近60年来公开文献中有关丁香-郁金的同方配伍报道,分析其临证应用特点;应用网络重叠社团以及关联规则等方法进行配伍关系的数据挖掘,并与历代丁香-郁金同方配伍进行对照。结果:丁香-郁金同方配伍现代主要用治于肝郁气滞的呃逆、胃痛等消化系统病证;内服方中丁香与郁金配伍比例主要为1∶2。与丁香-郁金配伍组团最为密切的药物是甘草、半夏、柴胡、陈皮、柿蒂、茯苓、白芍;核心药对是甘草-郁金、丁香-甘草、半夏-郁金、丁香-半夏、郁金-柴胡等;核心药组是丁香-甘草-郁金、丁香-半夏-郁金、丁香-柴胡-郁金、郁金-陈皮-丁香等。古今丁香-郁金同方配伍存在差异(P<0.01)。丁香-郁金同方配伍的不良反应见有呕吐、消化道出血等症状。结论:现代丁香-郁金同方配伍主要用于消化系统病证,多配伍健脾、行气、化痰、止痛类药物;古今丁香-郁金同方配伍各具特点。应当对其毒性与不良反应进行深入研究,配伍使用时需注意安全性。
        Objective: To explore the clinical application and compatibility characteristics of the compatibility of Flos Caryophylli-Radix Curcumae from the nineteen incompatibilities pairs applied in the same prescription, as well as the compatibility differences between the formulae from ancient ages and modern times. Methods: Literatures containing the compatibility of Flos Caryophylli-Radix Curcumae in recent 60 years were collected and sorted. The data mining methods including overlapping community in networks and association rules were used to analyze the compatible features, with the comparison between modern literatures and ancient ones. Results: Formulae containing Flos Caryophylli and Radix Curcumae mainly treated digestive system diseases such as hiccup and stomachache due to liver depression and qi stagnation. The compatibility ratio of Flos Caryophylli and Radix Curcumae used in the internal formulae was 1∶2. In modern literatures, the herbs closely related to Flos Caryophylli and Radix Curcumae were Radix Glycyrrhizae, Rhizoma Pinelliae, Radix Bupleuri, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Calyx Kaki, Poria and Radix Paeoniae Alba. The core couplet medicines were Radix Glycyrrhizae-Radix Curcumae, Flos Caryophylli-Radix Glycyrrhizae, Rhizoma Pinelliae-Radix Curcumae, Flos Caryophylli-Rhizoma Pinelliae and Radix Curcumae-Radix Bupleuri. The core herbal groups were Flos Caryophylli-Radix Glycyrrhizae-Radix Curcumae, Flos Caryophylli-Rhizoma Pinelliae-Radix Curcumae, Flos Caryophylli-Radix Bupleuri-Radix Curcumae, Radix Curcumae-Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae-Flos Caryophylli. Besides, there was statistical difference on Flos Caryophylli-Radix Curcumae of the prescriptions from ancient and modern literatures(P<0.01). In addition, the side effects due to the compatibility of Flos Caryophylli-Radix Curcumae in the same prescriptions including vomiting and bleeding of digestive tract, etc.. Conclusion: The compatibility of Flos Caryophylli-Radix Curcumae in modern literatures were mainly applied to digestive system diseases, normally applied with the herbs of invigorating spleen, promoting Qi circulation, eliminating phlegm and relieving pain. The compatibility of Flos Caryophylli-Radix Curcumae in the same prescriptions from ancient ages or modern times showed its own characteristics. Meanwhile, the toxicity and adverse reaction should be studied in depth. The safety of its compatibility should be paid attention as well.
