探讨红霉素与阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床分析

摘要
目的研究红霉素和阿奇霉素对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的治疗效果。方法 72例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组36例。对照组患儿采用红霉素进行治疗,观察组患儿采用阿奇霉素进行治疗,比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果观察组发热时间为(5.7±0.6)d,对照组发热时间为(8.2±0.9)d;观察组发热时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽、喘息发生率高于对照组,喘息维持时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组合并呼吸道感染发生率为58.33%(21/36),观察组合并呼吸道感染发生率为36.11%(13/36),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎效果明显优于红霉素,可有效降低感染的发生率,并且改善患儿的相关症状指标,具有推广应用的价值。
        Objective To study the treatment effect of erythromycin and azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children. Methods A total of 72 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with erythromycin, and the observation group was treated with azithromycin. The clinical treatment effect in two groups was compared. Results The observation group had fever time as(5.7±0.6) d, which was(8.2±0.9) d in the control group. The observation group had obviously shorter fever time than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had higher incidence of cough and asthma than the control group, and shorter asthma duration than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The control group had incidence of respiratory tract infection as 58.33%(21/36), which was 36.11%(13/36) in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Azithromycin is superior to erythromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. It can effectively reduce the incidence of infection and improve the related symptoms of children. It has the value of popularization and application.
