摘要
以矿用齿轮箱斜齿圆柱齿轮副为研究对象,基于热学理论计算斜齿圆柱齿轮端面及齿面对流换热系数,基于摩擦生热分析求得齿面热流密度,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立斜齿圆柱齿轮单齿模型,加载热边界条件并计算求得斜齿圆柱齿轮本体温度,为矿用齿轮箱齿面温度分布研究提供了理论依据。
Taking mining gearbox helical gear as the research object, helical cylindrical gear end face and the tooth face convection heat transfer coefficient were calculated based on the thermal theory,tooth surface heat flux is obtained based on the friction heat analysis, single tooth model of helical gear were established by using finite element analysis software ANSYS, loading thermal boundary condition and helical gear bulk temperature were calculated, this work provides theory basis for analyzing the mining gearbox gear tooth surface temperature distribution.
