摘要
本研究以烯丙基咪唑鎓β-环糊精(AI-β-CD)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂,采用原位聚合法制备了一种毛细管电色谱整体柱。优化制柱条件,通过红外光谱和扫描电镜对整体柱固定相的结构和形貌进行表征。以D,L-酪氨酸为分析物对整体柱性能进行评价。结果表明,所制备固定相成功键合到毛细管内,并形成错综复杂的网状结构。同时该整体柱具有较强的对映体分离能力及稳定性。应用毛细管电色谱与质谱联用技术对手性除草剂甲氧咪草烟对映体进行分离,分离度为2.25。
        In this study,a new monolithic capillary electrochromatography column wasprepared by one-step reaction with allylimidazolium-β-cyclodextrin(AI-β-CD)as functional monomer andethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EDMA)ascrosslinker.Moreover,the preparation conditions of the monolithic column were also optimized.The structure and morphology of the monolithic column were characterized by IR and SEM.The performance of monolithic column was evaluated by D,L-Tyr.The results show that the prepared stationary phase is successfully bonded into the capillary and forms a complex pore structure.Meanwhile,the capillary column exhibits anexcellent enantioseparation capability and stability.In the CEC-MS,the Imazamox enantiomers were separated and the resolution was 2.25.
