南水北调大宁调压池2017年运行工况分析

摘要
大宁调压池是南水北调中线工程北京段总干渠上的调压建筑物,上游连接PCCP压力管道,下游连接钢筋混凝土低压输水暗涵,具有调节供水压力、流量和退水功能,对保证工程和供水安全意义重大。本文针对南水北调中线干线(北京段)大宁调压池2017年的运行工况,重点分析了调压池水位全年波动情况,及其与进京流量的关系,永定河倒虹吸控制闸闸门调整频次,及向大宁调蓄水库不同时段的退水量。大宁调压池全年整体运行工况分析,为南水北调中线干线(北京段)的运行提供了基础数据及运行保障。
        Daning pressure regulating pool is the pressure regulating building in the main canal in Beijing Section of the middle route of south-to-north water diversion project. The upstream is connected with PCCP pressure pipeline, and the downstream is connected with the reinforced concrete low-pressure water diversion culvert. It has the function of regulating the water supply pressure, flow and water withdrawal, which is of great significance for ensuring the safety of the project and water supply. In the paper, the annual fluctuation of the water level of the pressure regulating tank, its relationship with the flow into Beijing, the frequency of adjusting the gate of Yongding River inverted siphon control gate, and the amount of water withdrawn to Daning Reservoir in different periods is mainly analyzed based on the operation condition of Daning pressure regulating tank in the middle route of south-to-north water diversion project(Beijing section) in 2017. The analysis on the overall operating conditions in Daning pressure regulating tank throughout the year provides basic data and operation guarantee for the operation of the middle route(Beijing section) of the south-to-north water diversion project.
