摘要
为了优化电机驱动系统电磁兼容性能,提出了一种电机驱动系统平衡结构共模电压消除策略,以减少或消除接地漏电流、轴承电流和共模电磁干扰。所提出的平衡结构拓扑将每相桥臂开关一分为二,可产生2个互补的平衡三相输出电压,进而消除系统中的共模电压。新方案的优势在于无需额外的滤波器组件、修改调制策略或增加设备额定容量。最后,基于电机驱动平台开展了相关试验,试验结果验证了新型策略能有效抑制共模电压。
        In order to optimize the electromagnetic compatibility of motor drive system,a common mode voltage cancellation strategy of motor drive system based on balanced structure was proposed to reduce or eliminate earth leakage current,bearing current and common mode electromagnetic interference. The proposed balanced structure topology divided each phase of the bridge switch into two,which produced two complementary balanced three-phase output voltages,thereby eliminated the common-mode voltage in the system. The advantage of the new solution was that no additional filter components were needed,modified the modulation strategy,or increasd the device's rated capacity.Finally,based on the motor drive platform,the relevant test was carried out,the test results verify that the new strategy can effectively suppress the common mode voltage.
