农产品家庭加工业环境污染防治模式初探——以安吉县桐坑笋干加工业为例

摘要
改革开放以来,我国农村家庭加工业充分发挥了区域资源优势,大力推动了农村经济的发展.然而在农村环境保护要求不断提高的背景下,环境污染日渐成为农产品家庭加工业发展的主要限制因素.该文从环境保护和经济发展的双重角度,探索以组建农民专业合作社的经济管理模式,解决农村农产品家庭加工业环境污染的问题.以浙江省安吉县桐坑诚信笋干专业合作社为例,分析了组建农民专业合作社在环境污染防治上的效果,为家庭农产品加工业的环境污染治理、经济发展以及农村地区农产品加工业可持续发展提供重要参考.
Since the reforming and opening up,the development of household agricultural product processing industry which takes the advantage of abundant local agricultural resources has made significant contributions to the development of rural economy.However,this industry has encountered various problems among which environment pollution is the greatest one and has become a significant limiting factor.This paper conducts a research trying to find out a way to minimize the pollution from the angle of farmers' economic management.Tongkeng Chengxin Bamboo-shoot Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives in Anji is used as an example to study the effectiveness in controlling the pollution from the household agricultural product processing industry.The results from this research are of great significance to the environment protection in rural area and the sustainable development of rural economy.
