摘要
基于国内军用光纤通信系统的发展及应用,结合通信光缆实际线路中常见的光缆故障问题,分析了光纤布线过程中的常见故障原因。从铺设方法和装配工艺等方面提出了布线装配工艺关键点和解决方法,实现光缆布线过程控制,解决了电子设备中光缆布线易受损工艺难题。对电子设备光缆布线工艺具有一定的参考价值。
The failure mechanism of optical fiber cable was analyzed combining common optical cable fault of communication optical cable in practice based on the development and application of the domestic military optical fiber communication system. The key points and solving methods of wiring assembly process were put forward. The controlled wiring assembly process was realized. The problem that optical fiber cable is easy damaged in electronic equipment was solved. It can be reference for optical fiber cable wiring of electronic equipment.
