“双一流”建设背景下高校实验室文化建设

摘要
一流的实验室文化环境是开展实验教学和科学研究的重要保障,为一流大学、一流学科建设提供有力支持。从"双一流"建设背景下高校实验室文化建设的功能分析入手,根据"整体规划,发挥特色;以人为本,促进参与;充分学习,不断创新"的总体原则,从凸显物质文化的学科特色、注重制度文化的体系建设、发挥精神文化的凝聚作用、形成团队发展的规模效应等方面对高校实验室文化建设的具体思路进行了探讨。
The first-class laboratory culture environment is an important guarantee for carrying out experimental teaching and scientific research,and provides strong support for first-class universities and first-class disciplines. This paper,starting with the function analysis of the construction of laboratory culture in colleges and universities,under the background of " double first-class" construction,carries out the principle of " overall planning,making full use of advantages,people oriented,promoting participation,learning fully and constantly innovating",and highlights the study of material culture. The specific ideas of the construction of laboratory culture in colleges and universities are discussed in the aspects of the characteristics of the department,the construction of the system culture,the cohesive function of the spiritual culture,and the scale effect of the team development.
