摘要
开放性、创新性和盈利性的组织际信息系统(OIP-IOS)的运作模式与定价模式匹配问题,是行业有效推行国家大数据战略、解决数据资源交易机制和定价机制的关键问题.本文系统地阐述OIP-IOS的运作模式、运作与定价模式匹配的影响因素、匹配的机理问题,构建了匹配机制模型,得到了若干基础性的研究结论,有助于发展IOS运作理论,也为传统行业和企业探索IOS盈利最大化、更好地实施"互联网+"提供方向.
        The matching issues on operating and pricing modes to the openness,innovativeness and profitability of interorganizational information systems(OIP-IOS)are the key way to carry out country big data policy and solve the problem in the dealing and pricing mechanism of data resource.This paper describes the operating mode of OIP-IOS,influence factors and mechansim of matching to OIP-IOS’operating and pricing modes,and then constructs a model of matching mechanism.The results are helpful to enrich the IOS operation theory to support strongly the traditional industries and enterprises,to provide a direction in groping for maximizing the profitability and implementing the"Internet plus"policy.
