航天继电器微观形貌参数与电气参数融合方法研究

摘要
航天继电器接触性能的好坏直接影响整个系统的稳定运行,为全面分析其接触性能,研究了一种融合触点表面微观粗糙度参数与宏观性能参数的方法。利用非接触式表面形貌仪扫描恒定温度应力贮存加速试验后的触点表面,建立触点组接触差平面,提出接触粗糙度参数的概念并计算这些参数。采用灰色关联度分析法分析接触电阻与多个特征参数之间的灰色关联度,以接触电阻为桥梁,根据参数之间的灰色关联度对多维特征参数进行融合,特征融合之后的参数与接触电阻参数曲线图的变化趋势基本一致。分析结果表明:该方法可对继电器微观和宏观参数进行有效融合,综合反映继电器贮存期间的接触性能情况。
        The stable operation of the whole system is directly affected by the contact performance of aerospace relay. In order to comprehensively analyze its contact performance,a method of fused surface microroughness parameters and macro-performance parameters of contact surfaces is studied. The contact surfaces after constant temperature stress storage acceleration test are scanned by using a non-contact surface topography instrument,and then the contact difference plane of the contact group is established. The concept of contact roughness parameters is proposed and these contact roughness parameters are calculated. The grey correlation degree analysis method is used to analyze the gray correlation between contact resistance and multiple characteristic parameters. By taking the contact resistance as a bridge,the multi-dimensional characteristic parameters are fused according to the gray correlation degree among the parameters. The parameters after the feature fusion are basically consistent with the change trend of the contact resistance parameter curve. The analysis results show that the micro and macro parameters of the relay can be effectively fused by using this method and the contact performance can be comprehensively reflected during the storage of the relay.
