中药熏蒸联合雷火灸促进膝关节周围骨折术后功能恢复疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨中药熏蒸联合雷火灸对膝关节周围骨折患者术后膝关节功能恢复的影响。方法将60例膝关节周围骨折术后患者随机分为对照组与中医组,每组30例。对照组给予术后康复指导,进行早期主动功能锻炼。中医组在常规康复锻炼的基础上加用中药熏蒸和雷火灸治疗。分别于术后1周、3周和5周比较2组患者膝关节主动屈曲角度;在术后第5周和术后第12周比较2组膝关节功能评分;在术后第1周、术后第2周和术后第3周比较2组疼痛评分和C反应蛋白(CRP)含量。结果 2组术后第3周和术后第5周膝关节主动屈膝角度比较有显著性差异(P均<0. 05)。2组术后第5周膝关节功能评分比较有显著性差异(P <0. 05)。2组术后第2周和第3周疼痛评分比较有显著性差异(P <0. 05)。术后第3周中医组CRP含量显著低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论膝关节周围骨折患者术后进行中药熏蒸联合雷火灸治疗,可以有效地减轻术后膝关节疼痛,改善膝关节屈膝角度,减轻肿胀和炎性反应,促进膝关节功能的恢复。
Objective It is to investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with thunder fire moxibustion on postoperative knee joint function recovery in patients with knee joint fractures. Methods Sixty patients with knee joint fractures were randomly divided into control group and traditional Chinese medicine group,30 cases in each group. The control group was given postoperative rehabilitation guidance for early active functional exercise. The Chinese medicine group was given traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and thunder fire moxibustion on the basis of routine rehabilitation exercise. The knee flexion angles of the two groups were compared at 1 week,3 weeks,and 5 weeks after surgery. The knee function scores of the 2 groups were compared at 5 weeks and 12 weeks after surgery. The pain scores and the levels of C-reactive protein( CRP) of the two groups were compared at 1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks after surgery. Results There were significant differences in the knee flexion angle at 3 weeks,and 5 weeks after surgery between the two groups( P < 0. 05). There was a significant difference in knee function scores at 5 weeks after surgery between the 2 groups.There were significant differences in pain scores between at 2 weeks and 3 weeks after surgery. The CRP content in the Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than that in the control group at the third week after operation( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with thunder fire moxibustion can effectively relieve postoperative knee pain,improve knee flexion angle,reduce swelling and inflammatory reaction,and promote knee joint function recovery in the patients with periarticular fractures.
