摘要

胶带运输安装一直是煤矿井下机械设备安装的重要内容之一,受井下施工环境的影响,其需要耗费大量的工时。在介绍胶带运输机构造及安装过程的基础上,分析了安装过程中存在的安装设计方案不合理、安装环境狭小、安装人员技术水平偏低几个问题,并提出了相应的改进措施,望对井下胶带运输安装施工有所帮助。
        Belt transportation installation has always been one of the important contents of underground mechanical equipment installation in coal mines. Influenced by underground construction environment, it needs a lot of time. On the basis of introducing the construction and installation process of belt conveyor, this paper analyzed several problems existing in the installation process,such as unreasonable installation design scheme, narrow installation environment and low technical level of installation personnel,and put forward corresponding improvement measures, hoping to provide reference for underground belt transportation and installation construction.
