医务社会工作者在安宁疗护中的角色和作用

摘要
医务社会工作者作为安宁疗护多学科团队中重要的一员,在安宁疗护具体实践中扮演着重要角色和发挥重要的作用。本文阐述了医务社会工作者在安宁疗护实践中作为评估者、支持者、协调者等的多重角色和相应作用,并为医务社会工作者在安宁疗护中的发展提出建议。
As an integral member of multidisciplinary team for hospice care, medical social workers play important roles and functions in hospice care practice. This paper describes the importance of social work and elaborates the multiple roles of medical social workers as evaluators, implementers, coordinators at hospice care practice. It also provides more suggestions for the development of medical social workers in hospice care.
