摘要

目的:了解超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)在健康老年人群的水平及在高血压、2型糖尿病患者中的水平及变化。方法:对老年人群进行SOD检测,通过检索体检者健康档案,对健康老年人及高血压、糖尿病老年人SOD结果进行分析、比较。结果:健康老年人群SOD值极显著低于健康幼儿组;血压、血糖控制良好的高血压及2型糖尿病老年人SOD检测结果与健康老年人相比无显著差异;但极显著高于控制不良且有并发症者。结论:SOD在人体衰老及高血压、糖尿病的发生发展中起着重要作用,可以作为病情评估及预后判断的一种有用的辅助诊断指标。
        Objective: to investigate the levels and changes of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in healthy elderly population,hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: SOD was detected in elderly population. The results of SOD were analyzed and compared among the healthy elderly, hypertension and diabetes mellitus. At the same time, the SOD value of the three-year-old children who were admitted to the kindergarten for physical examination was detected, and the SOD value of the normal subjects was compared with the results of the elderly. SOD plays an important role in the occurrence and development of senility, hypertension and diabetes mellitus, and can be used as a useful auxiliary diagnostic index for disease evaluation and prognosis.
