含未焊透缺陷在用压力管道安全评定

摘要
在按照《在用工业管道定期检验规程》(试行)进行全面检验的某工厂压力管道发现安全状况等级评定为4级的未焊透超标缺陷。运用CAESARⅡ管道应力分析软件对该压力管道进行应力分析,确定缺陷部位的最大应力。在应力分析的基础上,按照GB/T 19624-2004《在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定》对超标缺陷进行安全评定。经评定,该压力管道在超标缺陷存在的情况下可继续使用。
        In assessment for the pressure piping in one factory in accordance with "Regulation for Periodical inspection of Inservice Industrial Piping", the un-penetration in weld, which in classified as class 4 of unsafe grade, was found. In this article,by using software CAECAR Ⅱ, the analysis of stresses in the piping was performed. The maximum stress in defect position was determined, and then for this imperfection in weld was assessed in safety. From the result of the assessment and based on GB/T19624-2004, it was concluded that this piping can be continuously used with existed weld defect.
