摘要

上世纪末,科技哲学研究出现了经验转向,科技哲学家由对技术的批判转为关注技术研发、标准等技术内部问题。本文阐述了标准在哲学层面的内涵、标准存在的诸多对立统一关系,并基于"范式"理念对标准范式理论进行了探讨。
        At the end of the twentieth century, there was an experience shift in the study of philosophy of science and technology. The philosophers of science and technology turned from a critique of technology to an internal problem of technology such as technology research and development and standards. This paper expounds the connotation of the standard at the philosophical level and the existence of many opposite and unified relations of the standard, and discusses the standard paradigm theory based on the "paradigm" concept.
