医学生心理健康状况与学习成绩之间关系的分析

摘要
目的探讨医学生心理健康状况与学习成绩之间的关系,找出影响医学生学习成绩的心理因素。方法采用大学生人格问卷UPI对医学生的心理健康状况进行测定,分析性别、专业、家庭居住地等因素对学生学习成绩的差异,进一步分析心理健康状况与学习成绩之间的相关性。结果在大三的学生中,22.66%的学生可能有严重的心理问题,30.58%的学生可能有轻度的心理问题;心理健康类型不同的学生,在高分组和低分组中的分布不同,且差异有统计学意义;性别,每月生活费,是否独生子女和有无考研打算对学习成绩有一定的影响;关注心悸和脉搏与学习成绩呈正相关,父母期望过高,思想不集中和觉得别人轻视自己与学习成绩呈负相关。结论心理健康状况对学习成绩有一定的影响,影响因素有:关注心悸和脉搏,父母期望过高,思想不集中和觉得别人轻视自己。
        Objective To explore the relationship between mental health status and academic performance of medical students,and find out the psychological factors that affect academic performance of medical students.Methods The mental health status of medical students was measured by the University Personality Inventory(UPI).And the differences of gender,major and family residence on students' academic performance were analyzed,and the correlation between mental health status and academic performance was analyzed.Results Among the junior students,22.66% may have serious psychological problems,and 30.58% may have mild psychological problems.The distribution of the students with different mental health types was different in the high group and the low group,and the difference was statistically significant.Gender,monthly living expenses,whether the only child and whether or not the intention to take the postgraduate entrance exam have certain influence on academic performance;Attention to heart palpitations and pulse were positively correlated with academic performance,while parents' high expectations,distraction and feeling that others belittled them were negatively correlated with academic performance.Conclusion Mental health status has a certain influence on academic performance,including concern for heart palpitations and pulse,parents' high expectations,distraction and feeling that others despise them.
