《脉经》与“儒医”文化刍议

摘要
《脉经》是中国现存最早的脉学专著,为魏晋名医王叔和所撰。据考,王叔和为魏晋高平(即今山东济宁)人。《脉经》不仅论脉言医,更有着深厚的医学人文精神,济宁是孔子与孟子的诞生地,是儒家文化的发源地,故王叔和的学术思想必然与儒家文化的滋养有着密不可分的联系。从王叔和的学术思想形成过程考查《脉经》的"儒学"根基,从历史发展的角度探索"儒医"形成的最初过程,从医学的角度探讨《脉经》与"儒医"文化的关联,以期展现王叔和及《脉经》在"儒医"形成和"儒医"文化发展中的重要意义。
Pulse Classic, written by the famous doctor Wang Shuhe in the Wei and Jin Dynasties, is the earliest monograph on pulse science in China. According to the textual research, Wang Shuhe was born in Gaoping(Jining in Shandong province today). Pulse Classic not only discussed the pulse medicine, but also contained the deep medical humanistic spirit. Jining is the birthplace of Confucius and Mencius and the cradle of Confucianism. Therefore, the academic thoughts of Wang Shuhe are inextricably linked with Confucian culture. This paper examines the "Confucianism" foundation of Pulse Classic from the formation of Wang Shuhe's academic thoughts, and explores the initial process of formation of "Confucian physician" from the perspective of historical development, and explores the relationship between Pulse Classic and "Confucian physician" culture, so as to show the important significance of Wang Shuhe and his Pulse Classic for the development of "Confucian physician" and its culture.
