摘要
采用熔体直纺工艺路线,对高孔数525 dtex/192 f超仿棉涤纶长丝生产工艺进行探讨。通过试验得出:熔体管道输送温度284℃,喷丝板孔长0.18 mm,环吹风风压50 Pa、风温(21.5±1)℃、风湿(90±2)%,使用马诺高孔专用油嘴等,可生产出质量优良的525 dtex/192 f高孔数超仿棉涤纶预取向丝。
By melt direct spinning, the technology of high-porosity 525 dtex/192 f super cotton-like polyester filament was studied. The results show that 525 dtex/192 f partially oriented yarns with high quality can be produced by melt pipe transportation temperature 284 ℃, spinneret hole length 0.18 mm, external circular quenching air pressure 50 Pa, cooling wind temperature(21.5±1) ℃, cooling wind humidity(90±2)% and use the special nozzle of Mano for high-porosity filament etc.
