摘要
亲水改性及深染共聚酯生产中,由于第三、四单体的加入,在缩聚阶段的低聚物和熔体动力黏度明显增加,反应釜和熔体输送管道壁上易结料进而形成积碳。为减少转产大有光聚酯后的过渡产品,提升产品品质,需要在转产过程中对管道进行处理,并进行适当的工艺调整,实现高速、高效转产。
In hydrophilic modified and deep dyed copolyester production,due to the addition of the third and fourth monomers,the oligomeric and melt dynamic viscosity in the polycondensation stage is significantly increased,and the melt is easily bonded on the wall of the reaction vessel and the melt transfer pipeline to form carbon deposits.In order to reduce the transition to lustrous polyester products and improve product quality,it is necessary to clean the pipes during the conversion process and carry out appropriate process adjustments to achieve high-speed and high efficiency production conversion.
